Full Moon Farm: A Sanctuary

The Asheville area is blessed with dedicated individuals who want to help our furry friends. One such individual is Nancy Brown. In 2002, she founded Full Moon Farm in Black Mountain, NC. In her words, it is “a non-profit rescue group and sanctuary for wolfdogs.”

I have seen Nancy’s wolfdogs at various fundraising events around town. It is absolutely shocking the first time you see one of these beautiful animals. I had no idea they were so LARGE.

Even if you do not live in the area, check out the article. I learned a great deal about the wolfdog hybrid phenomenon. Kudos to Nancy for all the hard work she puts into helping these beautiful animals.
